I booked a business trip to Las Vegas which included flights, hotel and car hire. The Expedia website offered so many choices it made it very easy to customise the trip to my exact requirements. On my return I noticed that the car hire company Alamo had put some extra charges on my credit card without notifying me. I contacted Expedia who handled the complaint in a very professional manor which resulted in an apology from Alamo along with a full refund. Fantastic service from Expedia!
